Trosa Stadshotell & Spa offers packages with hiking on stage 56, overnight stay, dinner, breakfast, and spa. Bomans hotell offers packages with hiking on stage 55, overnight stay, dinner, and breakfast.

Stage 56 starts from the royal palace Tullgarn and winds along the coast to Trosa. The stage offers beautiful views out over the sea.

Stage 55 offers both forest walks, a magical little forest pond, and beautiful views over the sea from rocky cliffs.

If you prefer to hike on a circular trail, Bergs Gård has recently prepared one that partly follows Sörmlandsleden Stage 54, known as the “Bergsrundan.” Bergs Gård also offers several accommodation options and provides other activities for the whole family.

At Bergs Gård, there are several technical areas and 28 km of trails and loops in the forest. Here, both experienced cyclists and beginners can enjoy themselves.

Do you want to go on a picnic or perhaps explore new paths in the forest? The company We Ride mtb offers both guided cycling tours and courses of varying difficulty levels, catering to everyone from beginners to more advanced riders. They can guide you on gravel roads, through mountain biking trails in the forest, or on easier scenic picnic trips.

You’ll find 7 different high altitude courses with ziplines at Trosa aktivitetspark. Do you dare to take on the “Horisonten” jump?

A 9-hole course, starting near Häradsvallen just outside Vagnhärad, close to Trosalands Church. Bring your own discs.

Escape Port Trosa has built Trosa’s first escape room invites you on an enchanting journey through 1920s Trosa, where this idyllic archipelago town hides a secret known to few. Players, dispatched by Stockholm’s intelligence service, face the task of uncovering what happened to the private detective investigating alleged occult events and disappearances at the apartment of medium Madame Nixe in Trosa. This adventure is rich in attention to detail and scenography, perfect for those who love mysticism, the occult, and the atmosphere of the early 20th century.

The escape room features two rooms that must be solved within an hour and is available in both Swedish and English. Do you dare to take on the challenge and uncover Trosa’s secrets?

You can find Trosa Inomhusgolf  (Trosa indoor golf) on Industrigatan. Here, you play in a golf simulator that measures factors like ball speed, spin, and club angle. You stand on a mat, shoot towards a projector screen, and then see how the ball flies over the virtual course.

Go for a selfguided tour around central Trosa. The audioguide takes about 1 hour and you will pass by shops, cafés and resaturants along the way.

The palace is one of eleven royal palaces in Sweden. Owned by the Swedish State and used by King Carl XVI Gustaf.

Wandering through the Tullgarn palace park is like taking a lush journey in time from the 17th to the 20th century. The park has centuries-old linden trees and an English park designed by Princess Sofia Albertina in the early 19th century.
