Bergs Gård MTB-arena
Here you’ll find Sörmland’s largest MTB arena with forest trails, flow trails, and a large technical area. The trails will take you through beautiful pine forests, over rocky hills, and down to the sea. Everyone, regardless of ability, can cycle here.
Vitalis mountainbike trail
In the centrally located Vitalis Outdoor Recreation Area in Trosa, there is a mountain bike trail that is 1.7 kilometers long.

Trosa Parkgolf icecream café

Sävö is located on the border between Trosa and Nyköping’s archipelago, close to the mainland, just 300 meters from the Källvik jetty.

Vitalis Outdoor Recreation Area
Just a short distance from central Trosa, you’ll find the Vitalis Outdoor Recreation Area. It features the Trosa Activity Park, Trosabacken skislope, exercise trails, and a mountain bike trail.

Stendörren
Visit the archipelago without a boat! At Stendörren, you can reach the islands via suspension bridges. Prepare a picnic, park your car, and set out.
Fishing
Fishing with a fishing license in Trosaån from 1 January to 14 September. Or join a fishing trip with a fishing guide. In Trosa municipality, there are great opportunities for regulated recreational fishing, both on your own or with a guide.

Thanks to the right of public access, we can move freely in nature. Always remember the motto “do not disturb, do not destroy” when in nature.
Never lit a fire directly on rock slabs. They crack and it leaves ugly wounds in nature that cannot be repaired. In the event of a drought, a general fire ban may apply. For updates on the fire situation, read the respective municipality’s website or msb.se
Leave no trace! All rubbish you have taken out to sea, you must bring ashore. Littering is prohibited.
